We want you to feel confident in your Aeonik Threads purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
Return and exchange window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Item condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with the original tags and packaging.
Returns must be approved before they are mailed. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Size exchanges
Sizing exchanges are allowed for eligible items. Contact us within 14 days after delivery to request an exchange before mailing the item.
Final-sale items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact hello@aeonikthreads.com. Include your order number and photographs of the item so we can review the issue.
Refund processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
